These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LabCity website, mobile application, software platform, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the LabCity Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. .

LabCity operates as a healthcare technology platform and diagnostic aggregator, connecting users with independent pathology laboratories, radiology centers, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare service providers. LabCity does not directly perform diagnostic tests unless specifically stated.

Customer

“Customer,” “User,” “You,” or “Your” means any individual using the Platform to compare laboratories, book diagnostic tests, schedule appointments, upload prescriptions, make payments, or access healthcare-related services.

Platform

“Platform” refers to the LabCity website, mobile application, software systems, APIs, and all digital services offered by LabCity.

Partner Laboratory

A Partner Laboratory includes any pathology laboratory, diagnostic center, radiology center, collection center, imaging center, or healthcare provider listed on the LabCity Platform.

Content

Content includes text, reports, images, prescriptions, medical records, ratings, reviews, graphics, videos, software, and all other information available through the Platform.

III. Eligibility

To use the Platform independently, you must be at least 18 years of age.

By using LabCity, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• All information provided is accurate and complete.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

VI. User Accounts

LabCity reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts violating these Terms.

LabCity does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Diagnostic reports are generated solely by independent Partner Laboratories and Diagnostic Centers.

LabCity:

• Does not guarantee medical accuracy.
• Is not responsible for medical interpretation.
• Does not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

Always consult your doctor before making healthcare decisions based on diagnostic reports.

IX. Pricing, Payments & Refunds

Prices displayed on LabCity are provided by Partner Laboratories and may change without prior notice.

Payments made through the Platform are subject to applicable taxes and payment gateway charges.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by:

• Selected laboratory policies
• Booking status
• Nature of the booked service

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

X. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, website content, text, designs, and branding associated with LabCity are the exclusive property of LabCity or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Publish
• Modify
• Sell
• Distribute
• Commercially exploit

any Platform content without prior written permission.

XI. Third-Party Services

LabCity integrates with independent third-party service providers, including:

• Logistics Partners

LabCity is not responsible for:

• Report accuracy
• Laboratory delays

• Payment gateway failures
• Service interruptions caused by partner organizations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LabCity shall not be liable for:

All tests are conducted by the selected Partner Laboratory. LabCity does not alter, edit, or validate medical reports generated by partner laboratories.

XV. Termination

LabCity reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms
• Commits fraudulent activity
• Misuses the Platform
• Harms users, partners, or the Platform
• Violates applicable laws

XVI. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
